Gordon D. Sondland
An early adopter of the lifestyle hotel concept, Mr. Sondland started his career in hospitality when he formed Provenance in 2000. What started as a real estate venture, he built into a successful, full-service hotel management and development company, comprised of 14 assets and growing. His extensive and impressive history of service spans his post on the Executive Committee of the Portland Art Museum to serving as the 20th United States Ambassador to the European Union.
Katherine Durant
Accomplished real estate developer, community philanthropist and hotelier, Ms. Durant shepherds the strategic direction, portfolio growth and revenue health of Provenance. Ms. Durant is also acting President of RTG Property Management and Managing Partner at Atlas Investments in Portland, Ore., and served nearly 15 years as Chairman of the Oregon Investment Council, one of the largest hotel investors in the U.S. and the body responsible for overseeing and investing State Pension Funds.
Ernest Glidden
A seasoned financial and operations leader with vast executive experience, from real estate to international luxury hotel collections like Rosewood, as well as major hospitality and entertainment corporations like Caesars Entertainment Corp. Mr. Glidden provides careful oversight on property finance, capital management, compliance, budget and forecasting
