Just as Hotel Theodore shines a light on Seattle’s artisanal maker’s culture, Rider showcases the incredible culinary bounty on the city’s front step. Working in partnership with local fishermen, catch-of-the-day fish, fresh oysters, salmon and other treasures of the deep find their way fresh from the sea to the plate. Whet your appetite with a raw bar of oysters, ceviche and ahi tuna tartar before diving into signature plates like the Ride or Die seafood chowder or Whole Fried Baha Snapper.
