Can I check out late?

We endeavor to accommodate late check-out requests whenever we can. Late check-out availability is dependent on the number of check-ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check-out, call or stop by the front desk the evening before your departure or in the morning you are scheduled to depart.

Do you offer Self-Parking?

We only offer valet parking at the hotel. The cost is $55 per night and includes in-and-out privileges. Self-parking is available in the immediate vicinity. (However, note that self-parking lots in downtown Seattle do not normally allow for in-and-out privileges. Rates vary by lot.)

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes! We offer electric vehicle charging included with your stay.  Please let our team know upon arrival for parking arrangements.

Do you have a courtesy shuttle to the cruise terminal?

Town car services are available to take you to the cruise terminal. The rate is $45 (2-3 people) and $65 (3-5 people). Reservations required.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, we will happily greet your furry companion with a pet bed, bowls, toy, tasty treat, and a list of local pet resources. Click here to learn more. A $30 per night pet fee applies.

We would like to have a roll-away bed in our room. Is there an extra cost?

We are happy to deliver a roll-away to select rooms, as stipulated by fire codes. (Only Deluxe Double, Premium King and Studio Suites can accommodate roll-aways.) Roll-away beds are available upon request and are included with your stay.

Is there an amenities fee?

Yes, the daily guest destination fee is $25 plus tax.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

18 years of age. A photo I.D. is required.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center in our facilities – however, wi-fi is always included with your stay. And if you need your boarding pass printed out, just stop at the front desk and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

I forgot to bring my toiletries: where can I get some?

We’re happy to help. Please dial 0 from your room and our housekeeping team will gladly bring you what you need.

How about a wine opener/lap desk/voltage adapter?

That too! Our list of provisions is quite lengthy: just ask, and we probably have it. If we don’t, we may be able to get it.

Is there any way to do laundry?

Dry cleaning services are available. Ask us for recommendations for self-serve laundry.

Where can I work out?

Our fitness center is located on the second floor and is available 24 hours a day. Our workout space has yoga mats, free weights and other equipment from Technogym. We also offer the Well+Fit experience in all rooms and suites.

I still see the $100 hold on my card. When will I be getting it back?

We released the hold when you checked out. Depending on your bank’s policies and procedures, it can take 3-5 business days for US banks, and 7-14 business days for international banks to return the funds to your account.

I left something in my room. How do I retrieve the item?

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked.

Our Flexible Rate allows you to change or cancel your reservation up to noon (12pm) on the day of your arrival. Changing the date on any reservations through our Flexible Rate may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes.
